警局，维护各个片区治安的基础力量。但自从“机械神计划”启动并获得显著成效之后，警局的能力受到了质疑。最终，天祈之塔（政府机构）做主召开了三方会议，让机械神庙与警局合作，把部分常规的神之能源提供给警局以提高警局机动设备的性能；而机械神庙也因此得到警局的部分数据库权限。双方通力合作，互相支援，让所有罪犯无处遁行。
